Municipal Vision
Frontenac Islands envisions a future community built around orderly growth and development which integrates human needs with the natural and built environment. The Township aims to create a strong community identity that reflects the unique island character of the area.

Frontenac Islands has invested in strategic development and is forming a strong economic base through progress and innovation. The Township realizes the importance of tourism within their communities and is working to strengthen visitor attractions and activities.
Many small scale projects and events are organized by community groups to benefit local residents and to attract visitors to the Frontenacs. Along with initiatives lead by the municipality, these activities have had a significant impact on the Township’s economy by drawing in visitors to local shops, restaurants and other businesses.
Frontenac Islands is a welcoming community with much to offer and with local residents dedicate to improving community services, activities and events.
